SAHA Ambassadors Academy Training” Held at Our University
The “SAHA Ambassadors Academy Training” was organized at our University in collaboration with the Active Life and Health Community and KADAMER, within the framework of the “Protective, Preventive and Productive Health Model” carried out by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye and in line with the “Healthy Türkiye Century” vision.
The training program, conducted for students of the Vocational School of Health Services, was implemented with the aim of protecting individual and public health, raising health awareness, and promoting a culture of healthy living.
Healthcare professionals from the Kilis Provincial Directorate of Health contributed to the program. The two-day training was delivered by Dr. Bahar Çiçek, Midwife Fatime Alitinoğlu, Dietitian Pelin Zengin, and Psychologist Beyazıt Kemişli, providing students with comprehensive information.
Throughout the training, emphasis was placed on the importance of primary healthcare services, the services offered by Healthy Life Centers, and the role of cancer screenings in early diagnosis. Participating students had the opportunity to gain a closer understanding of the critical importance of preventive healthcare services for public health.
