Visit from the Turkish Judo Federation Education Board to Rector Akman
As part of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Dan Training and Examination Program included in the 2026 activity schedule of the Turkish Judo Federation, the Chairman of the Education Board, Mehmet Yılmaz, and Education Board Members Osman Gökcül and Prof. Dr. Önder Karakoç paid a courtesy visit to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Akman.
During the visit, which took place within the framework of the training and examination program held at our University's Judo Hall with the participation of 25 trainees, discussions focused on the development of the sport of judo, opportunities for university-sports collaboration, and the ongoing training process.
Rector Akman stated that our University will continue to support sporting activities and contribute to the development of athletes. He also expressed his appreciation to the members of the Turkish Judo Federation Education Board for their visit.
