Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Akman, visited the academic and administrative units of our university and met with staff members.
During the visits, Rector Akman received information about the ongoing activities carried out within the units and listened to the opinions, suggestions, and requests of both academic and administrative personnel. The meetings included evaluations of the university’s education, research, and administrative service processes, as well as discussions on current activities and future plans.
Emphasizing that harmonious cooperation between academic and administrative staff plays a vital role in the success of universities, Rector Akman stated that strengthening internal communication and collaboration makes a significant contribution to improving the quality of services provided by the institution.
The visits also provided an opportunity to exchange views on the expectations and needs of staff members. Matters related to strengthening institutional belonging, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes, and supporting the continued development of the university were discussed and evaluated.
