Visit from Kilis Provincial Director of Industry and Technology Tezcan to Rector Akman
Refik Tezcan, who was appointed as Kilis Provincial Director of Industry and Technology, visited Rector Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Akman at his office.
During the visit, views were exchanged on university-industry cooperation, the development of the city’s production and technology ecosystem, entrepreneurship activities, and opportunities for joint projects.
Rector Akman stated that universities are important institutions that contribute to the economic and technological development of the cities in which they are located. He emphasized that cooperation with public institutions and industrial stakeholders would add significant value to the development of Kilis.
Rector Akman wished Refik Tezcan success in his new position and expressed his hope that inter-institutional cooperation would continue to grow stronger in efforts aimed at advancing Kilis in the fields of industry and technology.
