Rector Akman Visits Brigadier General Ayhan Kalander, Commander of the 11th Border Brigade
Rector Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Akman visited Brigadier General Ayhan Kalander, who recently assumed duty as Commander of the 11th Border Brigade, at his office.
During the visit, discussions focused on inter-institutional cooperation, city–university relations, and opportunities for joint initiatives, particularly in relation to the security and well-being of Kilis.
Rector Akman conveyed his best wishes to Brigadier General Ayhan Kalander on his new assignment and emphasized that strong communication and coordination among institutions operating in Kilis are of great importance for the development of the city.
Wishing Brigadier General Kalander success in his new post, Rector Akman expressed his hope that his tenure would contribute to beneficial services for Kilis and Türkiye.
