Rector Akman Visits the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and the Graduate Education Institute
Rector Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Akman visited the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and the Graduate Education Institute, where he met with academic and administrative staff.
During the visits, the current activities of the units, education and training processes, academic affairs, and plans for the new academic period were discussed. Rector Akman listened to the views and suggestions of the academic and administrative staff and made assessments regarding the needs and priorities of the units.
At the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, discussions focused on initiatives to support students’ academic development, increase scientific productivity, and strengthen the Faculty’s educational capacity. At the Graduate Education Institute, emphasis was placed on the quality of graduate programs, thesis and research processes, scientific publication activities, and the training of qualified researchers.
Rector Akman stated that undergraduate and graduate education are complementary components of the University’s academic development and emphasized that efforts to support high-quality education, a strong research culture, and scientific productivity will continue in the coming period.
