Rector Akman Attended the Commemoration Ceremony for the 107th Anniversary of May 19
Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Akman, attended the celebration program held at the 7 Aralık Stadium on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of the Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day on May 19.
The program, attended by the Governor of Kilis, Ömer Kalaylı; Commander of the 11th Border Brigade Brigadier General Ersin Özbalcı; Mayor Attorney Hakan Bilecen; Chief Public Prosecutor Emre Kaya; President of the Justice Commission Ferhat Korkmaz; and members of the provincial protocol, began with a moment of silence and the Turkish National Anthem.
As part of the program, sporting exhibitions, folk dance performances, musical presentations, and various stage performances prepared by young participants received great appreciation from the audience. The performances presented by the students were followed with great interest, reflecting the spirit of May 19 in an enthusiastic and meaningful atmosphere.
The program, which highlighted the energy, talent, and achievements of young people, concluded with commemorative photographs taken to mark the occasion.
