"Our University Represented at the “1416 Scholarships University Coordinators Workshop”
Dr. Hatice Esenkaya, faculty member of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Faculty of Science and International Student Coordinator of our University, participated in the “1416 Scholarships University Coordinators Workshop” organized by the General Directorate of Higher Education and Overseas Education of the Ministry of National Education in Kızılcahamam, Ankara.
The workshop, which was also attended by Deputy Minister of National Education Celile Eren Ökten, included discussions on the academic, social, and psychological support processes provided to scholarship students sent abroad under Law No. 1416.
During the sessions held as part of the program, participants addressed issues related to the academic advising processes of scholarship recipients, inter-institutional cooperation, communication networks, and the effectiveness of support mechanisms.
The event concluded following evaluations aimed at strengthening cooperation between university coordination offices and the Ministry of National Education.
