Rector Akman Attends Farewell Program Held for Brigadier General Özbalcı and Brigadier General Coşkun
Rector Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Akman attended the farewell program hosted by Kilis Governor Ömer Kalaylı with the participation of provincial protocol members.
The program was held in honor of Brigadier General Ersin Özbalcı, Commander of the 11th Border Brigade, who was appointed as Commander of the 2nd Border Brigade in Çukurca, Hakkâri, and Brigadier General Halil Coşkun, who was appointed as Provincial Gendarmerie Commander of Kars by Presidential appointment decision. During the program, the services rendered by the commanders throughout their tenure in Kilis and their contributions to inter-institutional cooperation were highlighted.
Rector Akman thanked Brigadier General Ersin Özbalcı and Brigadier General Halil Coşkun for their services to Kilis, conveyed his best wishes for their new assignments, and wished them continued success in their duties.
