Our Students Who Ranked in the Qur’an Recitation Competition Visited Our Rector
Our students, who successfully represented our University by achieving notable rankings in the “Qur’an Recitation Competition” organized in cooperation with the Presidency of Religious Affairs and the Council of Higher Education, paid a visit to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Akman, in his office.
The visit was attended by Prof. Dr. Halil Aldemir, Lecturer Ömer Mehmet Ulusoy, Lecturer Mehmet Şeker, along with our students who achieved rankings in the competition. During the meeting, the competition process, the results obtained, and the upcoming national finals were discussed.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Akman congratulated our student Muine Necib from the Faculty of Theology, who ranked first in the regional round in the Women’s Memorization Category and qualified for the national finals, emphasizing that this achievement is the result of great dedication and effort. He also congratulated our student Muhammed Elhüseyin from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, who ranked third in the regional round in the Men’s Memorization Category, and highlighted that the achievements of our students at the national level are a source of pride for our University.
Rector Akman wished success to our student who will compete in the national finals and stated that their support for further enhancing the academic and cultural achievements of our University will continue.
